Accessibility:10~15 mins walk to stations,Masjid Jamek LRT station(2 lines),Dang Wangi LRT station,Bandaraya Lrt station,and Bank Negara KTM Komuter station through Bandaraya lrt station.
For me,Dang Wangi station was convenient.Walk inside CapSquare and its street.

Amenities:shampoo,body shampoo,soap
Hotel Facilities:Swimming pool with changing rooms, toilet and sauna(inside each changing room)
Cleanliness:very clean.
Shower:shower pressure is fine. hot shower provided.headshower and handshower.no bathtub.
Internet:Wifi in room seems not available.I didnt check lan cabled internet.but there is a conection of the internet in the table.
Around th hotel:CapSquare(small shopping mall,but new) on the other side of the road. little india.

Good Comments:*it is located relatively near many stations(dang wangi,masjid jamek,bandaraya,bank negara(a bit further than the above 3 stations))
*Capsquare is just on the other side of the road.You can shop,dine,watch movie there.
*Swimming pool is excellent with nicely decorated pillars.
*nice view of KL tower.
*polite and smiley staff at check-inn
*when entering breakfast buffet and showing my breakfast voucher, I was greeted nicely in Japanese.
*breakfast menues are a little bit different every day.prawm mee is very nice.
Negative Comments: It takes at least 10 mins to any stations,its a bit difficult to go to bukit bintang cuz monorail station is a bit far.
*standard room is really small.seems only twin room is available.
*standard room got a connecting door to the next room.Noise travels to next room easily and you ll probably hear noise of the next room loudly .
*breakfast menu is not wide,and it was difficult to find seats in peak hours.
*though check-inn was smooth ,staff were polite and smiely,but check-out was terrible. It seemed that 2 staff,when checkout, were too busy handling customers that they forget to be polite ,smile,or friendly to their customers.they were very"doing their jobs".I waited 20 mins just to check out.by the way staff of check in and check out were different ones.
*the fridge was NOT working when i checked in,so i called the reception and staff came and fixed it.
