Good Comments:*Nice 5 star boutique hotel.
*Request a room with the view of the petronus twin towers,at night you can get the magnificent view.
*Floor-to-ceiling glass wall separating bedroom and bathroom looks very futuristic and modern.(you can use cartain when really taking bath)
*Good location of KLCC,zouk on the other side of the road
    *Good breakfast
    *Splendid hydrotherapy swimming pool
*Anggun Spa(I just see see the spa room,it was very luxurious)
    *Magnificent indoor hall
*the Sky Lounge is excellent offering spectacular view of Twin Towers and KLCC,especially at night when you can have complimentary coffer/tea and some light snacks.(toilet at the lounge are all washlet(shower toilet))
*wooden deck at bathroom is very good
*Early check-in is available, from 7am upon request! I checked in the room 8 am.
*Complimentary newspaper in morning(but for Japanese people, I was not given Japanese newspaper but English newspaper only)

Negative Comments:*Aging of buildings are innevitable, but some looks aging in the room.ex:aircon switch,a part of safe is chipped, broken bed-side light, bathtub is cracked
*If you forget covering your room with a curtain at the window, ur room is entirely open for people working at the building of the other side.If u even forget a curtain for bathroom..ah,you are not that stupid right..
*The hotel is ,I thnk, very much for couple. You dont want to stay at the room with such glass wall with your friend of the same gender even theres a curtain...so its not so suitable for "friend" use,I guess.
*It was difficult to find a way to swimming pool
*a Staff belled my room 1pm at the first day asking"Did you consume anything in the fridge?".I wonder why He asked at that time.I might consume something later at night or next morning..
