Accessibility:The best way is Taxi,but from the airport you can take RapidPenang bus 401A to Weld Quay,then take CAT(Central Area Transit) free shuttle bus ,and then get off at bus stop No.7 "Lebuh Muntri".Its easy walk from the bus stop to Lebuh Leith.

Room I stayed:Delux room?Im nt very sure,but it came with 2 double beds. Room No.414
Rates I paid:RM63.25 for one night(they told us during school holiday season,rate is a litle bit more expensive.)

Room Facilities:toilet(No hose),shower(hand shower only),bathtub,2 chairs,tables,a closet,shoe stand,phone,cups,aircon,ceiling fan,window
No fridge or Mini bar
Amenities:towel(smelly and lousy),soap,toilet roll
Hotel Facilities:lift,Weighing machine at reception,car park
caffe and fitness centre(seemed unavailable.)
Cleanliness:Not the cleanest,I was shocked by its coloured bathtub.A house lizard appeared in the bathroom.Towel stinks.
Shower:Shower pressure is not so powerful.Hot shower is basically available,but sometimes not.
Internet:no
Around th hotel:Cheong Fatt Tze Mansion,Red Garden Food Court,Obake Izakaya(Ghost themed japanese style pub) and Indian restaurant in traditional shophouses beside the hote,Chocholate shop

*Reasonable Price
*Very spacious(at least the room I stayed)
*A lift is available.
*A staff led us to the room after check-in.(rare in budget hotels)
*Some tours such as City tour are available.You can book them at reception.Prices are also reasonable.
*Furnitures are available,closet,shoe stand,
Negative Comments:*Aging and not the cleanest,especially bathutub got brown stains.
*We ringed the hotel for booking ,but they didnt have our booking.(They didnt even ask our name or phone number!)
*E-mail address provided on their official webpage was unavailable.
*Noisy aircon(It takes some time to get used to it)
*house lizard appeared in the bathroom
*I often saw some uncles(old men) are sitting down sofa at lobby, I wonder if they are customers or friends of the owner?what are they chatting there for?
